About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employee correspondence.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, attendance, and payroll support.
Monitor and track employee attendance, leave management, and overtime records.

Prepare HR reports, presentations, and data analysis for management.
