We are seeking a Junior HR Executive to assist in day-to-day HR operations and support the HR department in various administrative and employee-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, shortlisting resumes, and scheduling interviews.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.

• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events.

• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of HR functions including recruitment.

• Good communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
