Job Title: HR Cum Executive Assistant (EA)
Key Responsibilities:
HR Functions:
Handling recruitment & joining formalities
Maintaining employee records & files
Attendance, leave & payroll coordination
Preparing HR reports & MIS
Handling employee queries & coordination
Supporting compliance & internal audits
EA / Admin Functions:
Managing director/manager’s schedule & meetings
Drafting emails, letters & reports
Coordinating with internal teams & vendors
Follow-up on tasks & deadlines
Handling confidential documents
General office coordination & support
Skills Required:
Good communication & coordination skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes
MS Excel, Word & email handling
Good follow-up & time management
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Qualification & Experience:
MBA / Graduate (HR preferred)
2–5 years experience in HR/Admin/EA role
