The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource and administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning, compliance with company policies, and effective employee support.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).

• Maintain employee records and HR database (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.).

• Coordinate new hire orientation and induction programs.

• Handle payroll inputs (attendance, leave updates, overtime data).

• Support in performance evaluation and appraisal processes.

• Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and welfare activities.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).

• Prepare HR-related letters — offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, and termination.

Administration:

• Oversee office administration, housekeeping, and facility management.

• Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement.

• Supervise maintenance of company assets, IT equipment, and utilities.

• Handle vendor management and service contracts.

• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff.

• Support management with event organization and internal communication.
