Key Responsibilities:
Managing recruitment process- including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and offer negotiation.
Sourcing the candidates with the helps of job portals Indeed, Job Hai, etc.
Involve in the onboarding process and smooth introduction to the company, and complete all documentation and background checks.
Maintain the employee records in personal documents, and track employee records.
Handling the employee grievances and conflict and clearing them.
Supporting general administrative activities and maintaining reports on expenses by the company and petty cash.
Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Comfortable in using of social media for sourcing the candidate.
Hands on practices of sourcing from the job portals Indeed, and Job Hai etc.
Immediate joiner will be preferred.
