Job Title: Front Desk Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Front Desk Executive who can efficiently handle front office operations, administrative tasks, data entry, office coordination, and client interactions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; route them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain office supplies, stationery, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Support administrative tasks including filing, documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain company databases/records.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for office requirements.
Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel or logistics.
Handle courier services, dispatches, and incoming packages.
Ensure the front desk and reception area are always neat, presentable, and welcoming.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and other departments as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in front desk, office administration, or related role is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
