Field recruiter

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Field HR professional who has a proven track record in hiring delivery boys directly from the field. The ideal candidate should have strong networking abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in bulk hiring for delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit delivery boys through field hiring, local networks, and tie-ups.

• Conduct field visits to attract, onboard, and engage candidates.

• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.

• Build and maintain strong local vendor/partner networks for smooth hiring.

• Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of delivery executives.

• Achieve hiring targets as per business requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in field hiring (preferably in logistics/last-mile delivery).

• Strong knowledge of local hiring practices and field recruitment strategies.

• Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
