Job description for EHRS Field Recruiter
Job Description:
· Identify and source the candidates for External Clients as per the Business requirements.
· Working closely with field managers and operational supervisors to understand their specific staffing needs and challenges.
· Proactively searching for Candidates through various methods like job fairs, networking events, online platforms, and cold outreach.
· Staying informed about labor market trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive.
· Coordinate with internal teams to fix any escalation arises from the Employees and / or Clients.
· Managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), maintaining candidate records, and coordinating the full talent acquisition lifecycle.
Preferred Competencies:
· Good communication skills mainly in Regional / Local language
· Hiring Experience in different categories with respect to various Industry types i.e. Courier, Logistics, E-Commerce, Hospitality, etc.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
· Qualification - HSC and Above with experience
· Preferred Ownership - Android phone + Any mode of Personal Transport
· Functional Regional language (Ability to speak & read is a must)
Education:
· UG, Graduation Not Required
