The candidate will report directly to the MD, and manage all tasks of the MD
The candidate will have to fix appointments and manage the schedule of the MD on a daily basis
The candidate will be the main point of contact for most work calls that will be made to the MD, and will need to know how to tackle situations tactfully
The candidate will support in follow up with internal employees, and also with vendors and clients for various tasks
The candidate will be required to have good spoken English, and manage emails of the MD
The candidate will need to be comfortable with MS Excel and Word, along with Google Search, to be able to conduct research on various different topics from time to time
The candidate will also manage follow ups and research related to personal tasks of the MD
It is a high pressure job, and the candidate will need to be good in time management, and be efficient in keeping track of tasks and doing constant follow ups
