Job వివరణ

We are hiring a Data Entry Executive to support our HR and overseas recruitment operations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Enter and update candidate data accurately in Excel and internal systems

- Maintain candidate records and documents

- Verify data for accuracy and completeness

- Assist HR team in recruitment and visa documentation process

- Coordinate with team members for daily updates

- Handle basic email and WhatsApp communication

- Maintain confidentiality of company and candidate information

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets

- Good typing speed with accuracy

- Basic computer and internet knowledge

- Basic communication skills in Hindi and English

Experience:

- Fresher or 0–2 years experience

- Training will be provided

Salary & Incentives:

- Monthly Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000

- Incentive: Additional incentive per person after successful visa stamping
