Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable, mature, and qualified Executive Director to provide strategic leadership, ensure statutory compliance, and act as a key decision-maker representing the company’s interests in India. This role requires high integrity, business acumen, and the ability to handle responsibilities independently in a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership aligned with company objectives

• Represent the company in statutory, regulatory, and compliance matters

• Ensure adherence to Companies Act, corporate governance, and local regulations

• Participate in board meetings and support investor reporting requirements

• Oversee high-level operations of e-commerce and software business lines

• Act as a responsible signatory where required

• Handle risk management and crisis situations professionally

• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, auditors, and legal advisors

• Safeguard company reputation, assets, and stakeholder interests

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred)

• Age: 25 years and above (Preference for experienced professionals)

• Proven experience in director-level, leadership, or senior management roles

• Strong understanding of corporate compliance, governance, and business operations

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills

• High ethical standards and professional maturity

• Ability to work independently in a work-from-home setup
