Maintain strict standards in cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across production and storage areas.
Oversee inventory control for all operating equipment, chemicals, cleaning supplies, and ensure accurate records of stock usage and ordering.
Coordinate with kitchen and packing teams to ensure timely availability of supplies and efficient stewardship support for all operations.
Organize staff training sessions on correct hygiene practices, chemical handling (HACCP/ISO), and equipment maintenance.
Implement waste disposal, recycling, pest control, and sustainability initiatives in alignment with FMCG and food safety regulations.
Monitor compliance with health and safety policies, reporting all risks or incidents to management and following corrective action plans.
Develop and enforce SOPs for dishwashing, deep cleaning, and sanitation schedules.
