Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support the daily functions of our HR department. The ideal candidate will assist in a wide range of administrative and HR-related tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and general HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
Prepare new employee files and assist with onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formats.
Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting relevant employee data.
Help organize training and development sessions.
Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
Assist in enforcing company policies and procedures.
Help prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and initiatives.
Ensure HR systems and databases are up to date and compliant with relevant legislation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or in progress).
Previous HR internship or 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role preferred.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
Basic knowledge of payroll processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
