Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will handle communication, oversee administrative and HR functions, assist with logistics and inventory, and act as a key liaison across departments and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all incoming and outgoing communication (emails, calls, letters).
Support internal teams with administrative assistance as required.
Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Oversee office supply inventory, including ordering and restocking.
Coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, track expenses, and process invoices.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and administer benefits and payroll-related tasks.
Facilitate internal and external communication between teams, departments, clients, and suppliers.
Perform HR-related administrative duties while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Plan delivery routes, schedule multi-drop deliveries, and liaise with customers.
Manage transportation and product shipping logistics.
Organize inventory distribution and monitor stock levels.
