Job Summary:
The College Administrator manages day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle administrative and office operations
Maintain student, staff, and faculty records
Coordinate admissions, examinations, and academic activities
Prepare reports, notices, and official correspondence
Support HR, finance, and compliance requirements
Serve as a point of contact for students, staff, and visitors
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and record management
Experience:
Prior administrative experience preferred
