We are looking for a responsible and organised Admin Director to manage basic administrative activities and support daily office operations. This role is suitable for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in management and administration.
Assist in managing day-to-day office operations
Maintain records, files, and documents
Coordinate with different departments for a smooth workflow
Handle basic communication with staff, visitors, and vendors
Support scheduling of meetings and appointments
Monitor office supplies and ensure timely purchasing
Help in preparing reports and presentations
Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient office environment
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Strong organisation and time-management skills
