Job Title: Guest Relations Executive

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 (Net Pay)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to manage front desk operations and ensure excellent client service. The candidate should have good communication skills, a professional appearance, and experience handling administrative and billing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests and clients in a professional and friendly manner.

• Manage reception and front desk duties including calls and inquiries.

• Handle client appointments, billing, and record-keeping.

• Maintain visitor logs and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Prepare and update data using Excel and other tools.

• Coordinate with internal departments for client needs and follow-ups.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Strong client handling and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer operations.

• Experience in billing, receptionist/front desk activities, and administration.

• Pleasant personality with good organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• Immediate joiners will be prioritized.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
