Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales quotations and share with clients via email in a timely and professional manner

• Coordinate packing & forwarding of materials and ensure proper dispatch documentation

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports

• Maintain and display company products/materials in office exhibition area

• Coordinate with salespersons for follow-ups on quotations, orders, and client communication

• Maintain accurate records of communications, quotations, and responses

• Support management with general administrative duties (filing, reporting, coordination)

Desired Skills:

• Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi)

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and professional email handling

• Male candidates preferred (due to job requirements)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
