Admin Executive - Warehouse at Surat (Ichhapore)

Type of Warehouse :- Pharmaceuticals

Job Description :-
1:- Managing day-to-day administrative activities of the warehouse.
2:- Handling documentation, record keeping, file management, and maintaining warehouse-related registers.
3:- Coordinating with vendors for housekeeping, security, utilities, and facility maintenance.
4:- Maintaining attendance records, muster roll, biometric reports, and coordinating with HR for payroll inputs.
5:- Managing gate entry, material in/out records, visitor management, and security coordination.
6:- Ensuring smooth functioning of office supplies, stationery, and consumables.
7:- Assisting the warehouse team with documentation for inward, outward, and dispatch.
8:- Coordinating for repairs, AMC, facility services, CCTV operations, and basic IT coordination.
9:- Supporting audits (internal/external) by arranging documents and ensuring compliance.
10:- Ensuring hygiene, housekeeping, and safety standards across the warehouse premises.
11:- Preparing administrative MIS reports and sharing with management.

Requirements :-
1:- Strong knowledge of warehouse administrative activities.
2:- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
3:- Ability to handle vendors, facilities, and administrative operations independently.
4:- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
5:- Experience in Admin profile is mandatory.
6:- Looking for long-term stability
7:- Graduate (Any discipline)
8:- 2 to 5 years of experience in warehouse administration or facility coordination
