We are hiring an Admin Executive to support day-to-day office administration and coordination activities. The role involves documentation, record-keeping, vendor coordination, and assisting the HR/Admin team to ensure smooth office operations.
This is a support-level administrative role and does not involve team supervision.
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Handle attendance, leave records, and basic HR documentation
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services
Manage couriers, dispatch, and incoming/outgoing mail
Assist with onboarding formalities for new joiners
Maintain inventory of stationery and office assets
Support meeting arrangements and office logistics
Ensure admin policies and procedures are followed
Provide day-to-day administrative support to employees
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in office administration / admin support
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
(Marathi preferred)
Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Ability to coordinate and handle routine admin tasks efficiently
