Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and travel arrangements.

• Act as a point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle correspondence professionally.

• Assist in managing office operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

• Track and follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and action points.

• Support in organizing events, conferences, and business meetings.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration/Commerce).

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
