We are currently hiring for Executive Administrator in Kadubesanahalli Bangalore
Communications:
•
Follow best practice of customer service to potential and existing parents
•
Respond clearly to all written and verbal communication from Parents, Client and Staff
•
Document all enquiries and follow the enrollment process
•
Take minutes and distribution of minutes for monthly staff meetings, monthly client meetings, etc.
•
Send and receive feedback/questionnaires from parents, collating results regularly
•
Collate report for client, HR and Center Management
Further responsibilities
•
Supporting staff with administrative duties and other tasks as required
•
Purchasing and ordering of supplies
•
Liaising with internal contractors for maintenance, purchasing, parent and staff access into the center
•
Attending all monthly staff meetings
•
Responding to client internal requests
•
Assist in the introduction of new families and marketing programs
•
Assist with any internal parent forum meetings / events / marketing / Updating internal website information
ICT skills
•
Have responsibility for managing the on-line booking system
•
Diary/calendar management of center and manager
•
Production of internal tickets
•
Update staff and child information on all the centers records
•
Update the staff and children files
•
Download photos/sort and email to parents as required
•
Respond to reservations/cancellations for backup/full time care
•
Process Invoices for CIC sign off
