Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule Management

• Communication Handling - screening and directing phone calls, emails, and mail. drafting, proofreading, and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations on the GM's behalf.

• Plan and book comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and local transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries and expense reports.

• Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.

• Prepare meeting agendas, gather necessary materials/reports, attend meetings to take detailed minutes, and track action items to ensure timely follow-up and implementation of decisions.

• It is a Full Time రిసెప్షనిస్ట్ job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
