Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused RECEPTIONIST to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to understand clients' beauty and wellness needs, recommend suitable services/packages, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in clients professionally.
Understand clients' requirements and provide suitable service recommendations.
Counsel clients about salon treatments, skincare, haircare, and beauty packages.
Explain membership plans, offers, and promotional packages.
Schedule and manage client appointments.
Coordinate with stylists and beauticians for smooth service delivery.
Maintain client records and follow up with existing customers.
Handle inquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Achieve counselling and package sales targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
Ability to manage appointments and customer records.
Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
Well-groomed and professional personality.

Qualification

Graduate or Undergraduate.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
Candidates with experience in salons, clinics, spas, wellness centres, beauty institutes, or customer service will be preferred.
