Key Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly as they enter the salon
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services and pricing
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
Maintain the reception area (clean, organized, welcoming)
Process payments (cash, card, digital payments)
Keep track of client records and service history
Coordinate with hairstylists, beauticians, or therapists for appointments
Handle customer complaints politely and professionally
Promote salon services, offers, and products

Qualifications
