We are looking for a Salon Receptionist to join our team at SALON to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist CUSTOMERS and ensure they are advised correctly.
Answer, screen, and note phone calls regarding appointments.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, entries in Salon Software, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and can understand customers requirements pertaining to their Hair & Beauty care services.
