We are looking for a receptionist/telecaller to join our team at Renessa Clinics in Dharampeth, Nagpur. As part of this job, you will coordinate with patients and doctors, welcome guests, and greet people who visit the clinic. Besides this, you will also handle front desk tasks like appointment booking, explaining pricing, billing, etc. We expect you to be fluent in English, have good communication and persuasion skills, be well groomed and polite with our patients always. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Previous experience or training in hospitality, hotels, etc. is desirable. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
