Job role and responsibilities:-
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).
Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them and direct calls to the concerned person / extension.
To make communication with our Real Estate Investors for Orders / Plot Installments / Customer Grievances.
Finding out their problems and should be tried to address that by her.
Genuine problems should be forwarded to the concerned department by her.
Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.
Direct reporting to higher management regarding serious & unresolved problems.
Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette's and maintaining records for them.
