Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for lead generation, tele-calling, client coordination, and front desk support. The role involves managing inbound and outbound communication, maintaining client relationships, supporting sales conversions, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and follow-ups
• Identify potential clients and schedule meetings for senior management
• Understand client requirements and present company products/services
• Support preparation of proposals and business presentations
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Follow company guidelines for converting leads into business deals
•Make regular calls to existing and new leads
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
• Maintain and update client database and sales pipeline
• Track lead status (ongoing, converted, in-process)
• Send marketing materials, offers, blogs, and updates to clients
• Maintain proper MIS reports and performance tracking
• Handle incoming calls and route them to concerned departments
• Manage front desk operations and visitor coordination
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Maintain visitor records and call logs
• Support internal coordination between sales team and clients
• Ensure professional communication and office representation
Required Skills

· 3 to 4 years’ Experience in same job profile.
· Strong English -written , communication and presentation skills
· Must have good negotiation skills
