We are looking for a responsible and confident Receptionist cum Sales Executive who can manage the complete front desk operations and handle overall office coordination at Digital Udyog Seva.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and guide all walk-in clients professionally
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and email communication
• Explain our consultancy services such as PMEGP, GST, Loan, MSME, Subsidy, etc.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed clients
• Clearly discuss service charges and payment process
• Maintain proper client records in computer/register
• Track all client files and monitor their current status
• Prepare and maintain pending payment list and follow up
• Maintain daily reports and office updates
• Ensure proper document management and office coordination
• Guide new sales staff or clients about service procedures
Requirements:
• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet)
• Confident, responsible, and professional attitude
• Ability to manage records and handle clients efficiently
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 + Performance Based Incentive
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
