- Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism

- Handle incoming calls and patient inquiries efficiently

- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

- Coordinate smoothly with doctors and clinical staff

- Manage billing support and front office administration

### Eligibility & Requirements

- Female candidate preferred

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing, scheduling software)

- Prior experience in hospital, clinic, or front office role preferred

- Well-groomed, organized, and patient-friendly personality
