Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the reception area in a professional manner.

• Greet and assist clients and visitors.

• Handle incoming calls, messages, and basic inquiries.

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams.

• Schedule meetings and appointments.

• Maintain visitor and client records.

• Handle day-to-day coordination and administrative activities.

• Ensure smooth communication between clients and the concerned departments.

• Provide professional support to the office team whenever required.

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, front desk, coordination, or a similar role.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Good verbal and written communication.

• Presentable and professional personality.

• Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

• Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
