Job Summary
We are looking for a Front Desk / Clinical Assistant with experience in a diagnostic centre, clinic, or hospital reception setup. The candidate should be capable of handling both front-office coordination and basic patient-care support duties.
Key Responsibilities
Handle patient registration, front desk coordination, and appointment scheduling for doctors.
Manage billing, receive payments from patients, and maintain basic records.
Check and record basic vital signs such as blood pressure.
Assist in administering injections as per doctor’s instructions and within permitted clinical scope.
Perform basic wound dressing and support minor patient-care procedures.
Coordinate with doctors, staff, and patients to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Experience in diagnostics, hospital reception, clinic front desk, or similar healthcare setup.
Ability to schedule appointments, handle patients politely, and manage payments efficiently.
Basic clinical skills like checking blood pressure, giving injections, and wound dressing.
