Job Responsibilities

1. Front Desk Management

• Greeting and welcoming visitors/clients

• Answering and directing phone calls

• Maintaining visitor records and issuing passes

• Managing appointment schedules & calendars

2. Administrative Support

• Handling incoming/outgoing mail and couriers

• Maintaining office supplies

• Supporting HR/admin with basic tasks

• Data entry and filing documents

3. Customer Service

• Assisting walk-in customers

• Providing information and resolving basic queries

• Ensuring a clean and organized reception area

Skills Required

Good communication skills (English + local language)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)

Polite and professional attitude

Multi-tasking and time management

Presentable appearance & positive attitude

Education Qualification

• Any Graduate (preferred)

• No prior experience required

• Training may be provided on the job
