We are looking for a polite, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive / Receptionist to join our team at Whirl & Wash. In this role, you will be the face of our store—welcoming walk-in customers, logging garment intake, answering phone/WhatsApp inquiries, and resolving service-related concerns smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Greet walk-in clients warmly, understand their requirements (dry cleaning, steam press, laundry), and explain service options and pricing.

• Order Booking & Billing: Inspect garments during intake, note any pre-existing fabric stains/damages, generate bills/receipts, and process payments (Cash/UPI/Card).

• Query & Issue Resolution: Handle phone calls and customer queries; politely resolve service delays, garment status updates, or customer concerns.

• Order Coordination: Coordinate with the internal laundry/ironing staff to ensure clothes are tagged correctly, processed on time, and packed neatly for pickup or delivery.

• Store Upkeep: Maintain basic front-desk records and ensure the reception/counter area remains clean and organized.

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Prior experience in retail front-desk, customer service, or store operations is preferred (freshers with strong communication are welcome).

• Polite speaking skills in Hindi (basic functional English is a plus).

• Basic computer or smartphone literacy to operate billing software and WhatsApp for business.

• Calm, courteous attitude when dealing with customer issues.
