We are looking for a smart and active Receptionist who will manage front office activities and also handle business development calls, lead generation, and client follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Receptionist Duties:
Welcome and attend visitors professionally
Handle incoming and outgoing calls
Maintain visitor register and front desk records
Manage appointments and meeting schedules
Handle basic administrative work
🔹 BDE (Business Development Executive) Duties:
Make outbound calls to potential clients
Explain company services and generate leads
Follow up with interested customers
Maintain lead data in Excel/CRM
Coordinate with sales team for closures
Achieve daily/weekly call targets
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (English & Kannada preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email)
Confident and convincing speaking skills
Ability to multitask
