Position: Receptionist
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Maintain basic office records and visitor logs
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Professional attitude and polite behavior
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years of experience preferred
