Attend walk-in customers and understand their courier requirements.

• Book shipments accurately as per customer requirements.

• Collect payments and issue receipts.

• Maintain shipment booking records in Excel.

• Record and share delivery boys' load counts in the respective WhatsApp groups.

• Prepare daily booking reports (Cash/Credit/Counter bookings) and share them with the Accounts team.

• Complete daily counter closing with all required documentation and reports.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a professional approach at the counter.
