We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team Transasia Bio-Medicals Ltd. to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.

• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.

• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.

• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Competency with office software (e.g., MS Office, email systems, phone systems)

• Customer-service oriented mindset

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Salary - 20k to 22k

Qualification

HSC Or Any Graduate

Working hours - 5 days working 9 AM to 6 PM and Sat and Sun fixed off

Freshers and Experienced Female candidates with good computer knowledge and communication can apply .
