Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly presentable and professional Receptionist who will be responsible for welcoming guests, visitors, and interview candidates. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to manage front-office operations smoothly. This role also includes maintaining records of returned parcels.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Visitor Management

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors, clients, and interview candidates in a polite and professional manner.

• Maintain visitor logbook and ensure all visitors sign in/out.

• Inform concerned departments or employees about the arrival of guests or interviewees.

• Guide visitors to the appropriate meeting rooms or waiting areas.

Interview Coordination

• Coordinate and schedule interview candidates as per HR instructions.

• Assist HR in managing walk-in interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Call Handling & Communication

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

• Provide accurate information to callers and take messages when required.

Front Office Administration

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

• Manage stationery records and stock at the front desk.

• Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks when required.

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Presentable, polite, and professional behavior.

• Ability to multitask and handle front-office pressure.

• Time management and record-keeping skills.

Education:

• Pursuing Graduation or Graduated.

Work Environment:

• Full-time, office-based role.

• 6 days working (or as per company policy).
