Key Roles and Responsibilities
Front Desk Management: Greet clients and visitors warmly, maintain a clean reception area, and ensure a professional office environment.
Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, and manage incoming/outgoing emails and mail.
Visitor & Security Management: Monitor front desk security by managing visitor logs, issuing badges, and screening guests.
Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
Scheduling & Coordination: Maintain appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and reserve conference rooms.
Office Maintenance: Monitor and replenish office supplies and coordinate with vendors or maintenance staff.
Travel Assistance: Assist with booking travel arrangements and coordinating logistics for staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office equipment (printers, fax machines).
Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Professionalism: Professional attitude, appearance, and ability to handle confidential information
