Manage visitor registrations, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
Coordinate with the Sales, Design, and Project teams for client meetings and discussions.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and route them to the appropriate departments.
Support client follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and hospitality arrangements.
Maintain records of visitor footfall and customer interactions.
Ensure the reception and experience centre areas are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
Assist in organizing client presentations, product demonstrations, and corporate visits.
