  • Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression

  • Manage guest reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently

  • Coordinate table allocation with the service team to ensure smooth seating flow

  • Handle guest inquiries regarding menu, offers, wait time, and outlet facilities

  • Maintain accurate reservation records and update the system regularly

  • Assist in managing peak-hour crowd control and guest waiting areas

  • Address guest complaints or concerns politely and escalate to duty manager when required

  • Ensure guest preferences, special occasions, and repeat guest details are communicated to the service team

  • Coordinate with the front office, service, and kitchen teams for seamless guest experience

  • Monitor cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting area

  • Support billing desk during rush hours if required

  • Ensure compliance with Barbeque Nation service standards and SOPs

  • Assist in collecting guest feedback and reviews
