Position: Receptionist

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and well-spoken Receptionist who can manage front-desk operations, coordinate with managers, handle customer calls, and support property management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk

• Handle incoming calls, messages, and customer inquiries

• Maintain visitor records, call logs, and client details

• Coordinate with managers for meetings, property visits, and daily updates

• Follow up with clients regarding property viewings and appointments

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of reception area

• Assist with basic property management tasks (keys, property status updates, schedules)

• Support office administrative duties as required

Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)

• Basic knowledge of computer, WhatsApp, and MS Office

• Positive attitude, disciplined, and punctual

• Ability to handle clients professionally

• Prior experience in real estate or front desk (preferred but not mandatory)

Salary

Based on experience.

• It is a Full Time రిసెప్షనిస్ట్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
