Process payments, maintain cash/card transactions, and close shifts accurately
Answer phone calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner
Upsell hotel rooms and services when applicable
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with PMS
Ability to work in shifts, including nights and holidays
