Key Responsibilities:-
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized environment
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, courier, packages)
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Provide basic information to clients and direct them to the appropriate departments
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for office upkeep
Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Typing speed 35+ must have.
