Key Responsibilities:
-Greet parents and children in a warm, friendly manner
-Handle front desk operations, enquiries & walk-ins
-Manage entry tickets, billing, and basic cash handling
-Attend calls, bookings & party enquiries
-Maintain visitor records and daily reports
-Coordinate with play area staff for smooth operations
-1+ year experience as receptionist / front desk executive
-Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
-Kid-friendly, polite & customer-focused attitude
-Basic computer knowledge
-weekoff will be on middle of the week.
