Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients politely.
Manage incoming calls, enquiries, and maintain call logs.
Handle the front desk area and ensure cleanliness & order.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
Coordinate with internal departments for messages and appointments.
Manage courier incoming/outgoing records.
Assist in basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, documentation).
Schedule meetings and maintain appointment calendars.
