Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Handling: Greet visitors, manage walk-in clients, and ensure a professional first impression.
Call & Inquiry Management: Handle calls, record enquiries, and route leads to the appropriate teams.
Appointment & Site Visit Coordination: Schedule meetings and site visits, coordinating with sales and support staff.
CRM & Administrative Support: Maintain visitor records, update CRM entries, and assist with basic documentation.
Office Coordination & Brand Representation: Maintain the reception area, coordinate with vendors, and uphold the company image.
