Job Summary:

Roswalt Buildcon Private Limited is looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to manage the front desk and handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner

• Maintain visitor log register and coordinate with security

• Ensure reception area is clean and organized at all times

• Manage meeting room bookings and arrangements

Call & Communication Handling

• Answer and direct incoming calls through EPABX system

• Take and relay accurate messages to concerned departments

• Handle basic email correspondence if required
  Administrative Support

• Manage courier dispatch and inward/outward entries

• Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement

• Assist in filing, documentation, and maintaining records

• Support HR in onboarding formalities and documentation

Coordination

• Coordinate with housekeeping, pantry staff, and vendors

• Assist management with travel bookings and appointments (if required)

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline

• 1–3 years of experience as Receptionist/Front Desk Executive

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Presentable, polite, and professional attitude

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai

Salary: As per industry standards

• It is a Full Time రిసెప్షనిస్ట్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
